Italian Lunch in London
Handmade pasta in the heart of Soho
Finding a lunch spot in London that feels worth leaving your desk for is not as easy as it should be. Most of the time it is a choice between a sad desk sandwich or a chain restaurant that looks the same in every city - 64 Old Compton Street is neither.
We are a family-run Italian restaurant on one of Soho's most famous streets, and the pasta is made fresh in our kitchen every single day. Our Soho Lunch Club makes it even easier to make this your regular midweek spot - 25% off your food bill, Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm. If you are looking for an Italian lunch in London that tastes authentic, or lunch in Soho that feels like a genuine break from the routine, this is where to find it.

The Soho Lunch Club
Escaping the office for an hour, catching up with a friend you have been meaning to see, or turning a standard Tuesday into something better - the Soho Lunch Club is here for it. No vouchers, no codes - just book a table or walk in during the week and the 25% is applied to your bill.
It runs every Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm, so there is plenty of time to fit it around your day. Bring colleagues, bring a date, or come on your own with a book and let the kitchen do the rest. The menu is the same one we serve every day - handmade pasta, stone-baked pizza, Italian classics - all made fresh that morning.
Part of the Soho community
64 Old Compton Street is owned and run by Nima Safaei, who brought his love of Italian cuisine to Soho and built a restaurant around it. The team has been here for years, and there is a warmth to the service that you do not always find elsewhere. Come back a few times and the staff will always remember your face. That personal touch is something we're proud of, and it's a big part of what makes lunch here feel different to eating at a chain.

Where to have lunch in London
Old Compton Street has been at the centre of Soho life for decades, and it is one of the best lunch spots in Soho and across London. The street has energy, character, and a mix of people that you will not find anywhere else. When it comes to Soho lunch spots, 64 Old Compton Street sits right in the middle of it all.
The atmosphere puts people at ease from the moment they walk in. It is lively and the team is friendly and attentive. It’s the kind of place that works for a quick solo lunch just as well as a table of six catching up over pasta and a bottle of wine.
Easy to find
We are a short walk from Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, and Tottenham Court Road, which makes us easy to reach from most parts of central London. The restaurant opens at midday and serves lunch through the afternoon. If you are combining lunch with a theatre show, shopping, or exploring Soho, we are right where you need to be.
Dogs are welcome too.
